Optimization – our constant goal
In 1996, Friedrich Kicherer GmbH & Co. KG introduced a quality management system in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9002:1994. Since those beginnings, we have continuously strengthened and improved our quality management system, gaining recertification under DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 in 2016. For us, quality management means customer satisfaction and transparency, both within our company and in our dealings with the outside world.
Customer satisfaction
Our aim is to exceed our customers’ expectations in every aspect, from their initial enquiry to order processing, delivery and invoicing, to ensure they are more than satisfied.
Transparency within the company
Virtually all our processes have been analysed and documented in detail for our workforce. This documentation is used as the basis for defining all processes and workflows as “standard”, and enables all our products to be delivered in top quality and at top speed to our customers.
Continuous improvement
Should faults or errors occur, they are analysed to ensure they are not repeated. Continuous improvement is our goal.
